About Adam Fike: Born during the epic Ford administration, Adam Fike was once a pre-algorithm small town newspaper reporter. He covered schools, government, crime and people in general. Then he and his girlfriend moved to LA. He has production and post credits on two dozen features and is an accomplished editor, including a short at Cannes. He co-created the Wyndotte Street comedy and music video library, which earned screenings at the Alexandria, Malibu and Burbank international film festivals. He studied sketch and improv at UCBLA and does some local standup. His story collection PEOPLE MAKING DANGER (Vol. 1) is rated as a BlueInk Review Notable Book. A child model, print and commercial, he played a little banjo, age five, and his family raced antique cars. He is momentarily visible on screen in John Waters' original Hairspray, Baltimore, 1988 (theatrical version). Went to Space Camp, twice. Met Ann Margaret. Dug a movie grave in an actual grave yard. And married said girlfriend, Little White Chapel, Nevada, Las Vegas. One son, cat, dog and orange tree.

The stories are told primarily in the present tense and without quotation marks because it's a limited narrator speaking. I feel people are built from their actions and enjoy breaking their patterns. I also dislike upfront summarization much past the logline. Spoils the fun.
